Purpose and objective of the role |
Coordination and Conservation of time: Project Management and execution of administrative tasks. |
Key Responsibilities |
- Support the executive team with business & personal related tasks, activities, meetings, conferences, travel details and events
- Manage the executive teams calendar including; setting of appointments, preparation for meetings, ensuring on-time arrival, re-booking & scheduling
- Carry out all administrative tasks related to executive team member duties & company needs
- Assist with the companies administrative & budget related requirements including payroll, data entry, payment processing

Skills and Qualifications |
- Executive level skill & fluency with Google Suites & Calendar management
- Verbal and written proficiency in English is required
- Excellent time management
- Adept in Technology

Experience/Capability required |
- 3+ years’ experience as an executive assistant with rapidly growing, fast-paced fintech start-up
- Experience working remotely with a diverse global team
- Anticipates the needs of the team
- Project Management would be a bonus
- The ideal candidate should have the capacity and ability to effectively multitask
