Purpose and objective of the role |
To drive every aspect of the recruitment life cycle and attract high caliber crypto curious individuals whilst encouraging a culture of compassion, empathy & support within and beyond |
Key Responsibilities |
- Demand planning - In collaboration with HR & the Leadership team
- Pipelining and Talent Mapping
- Partnering with Team Leads to understand role requirements and create role profiles.
- Networking and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative advertising and sourcing
- Provide market insights to team
- Screening of applicants CV’s, conduct and coordinate Interviews
- Facilitating assessments and technical interviews
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Secure budget approval & prepare offers
- Manage seamless hand-off process from candidate to new-hire stage for onboarding with internal team

Skills and Qualifications |
- Implementing and utilizing creative sourcing methods
- Highly skilled social media capabilities from an employment branding & sourcing perspective
- Familiarity with Github is desirable
- Knowledge of the crypto Industry is preferable
- Headhunting

Experience/Capability required |
- 3 years blockchain recruitment experience
- 2 years Crypto Recruitment experience in essential
- Start-up experience is preferable
